Getting back into ebay, scammers?

    When you close the dispute neither party can leave Feed back
    If the "Buyer" has already left you a NEG >> eBay will remove it

    At that point the "Buyer" has an unpaid strike
    Sellers CAN (and should) block "Buyers" with 2 or more strikes



    That is why it is important for Sellers to open and close the unpaid dispute to give those "Buyers" strikes
