Don't forget eBay fees, now based on TOTAL Price >> Item + shipping & handling >> between 9% and 14%
Don't forget PayPal fees >> 3% for domestic and 4% for International

If the auction has bids, you have to cancel the bids first
eBay now charges a Final Value Fee on auctions that are ended early that had bids based on the highest bid the item received
