eBay and PayPal both allow the Buyer to get a FULL refund for at least 45 days from the payment date
FULL refund is item price + whatever was charged for shipping & handling

Also the buyer always pays return shipping costs. If there is an error on my part like i shipped them the wrong item or it was damaged in shipping then i will also cover the return shipping costs.
