I have a bit of an "in" with my yard... I occasionally do some tear downs for my yard on electrical panels and sometimes I can't get in until sundays or something.... one of the yard guys goes in early every day including weekends and cleans up his own scrap (him and the yard have something worked out) so I sometimes can go in before they are open or on days off and get rid of a load of steel if need to get it unloaded to make more room... so I can go in and unload and he will make a note and next time I am in, it gets added to my list.... so I do throw the guy a 6 pack now and then... but I also do him favors too... I have taken home patio sets and lawnmowers to his house (he doesn't drive)... and ya, my yard is really good about this kind of stuff for their employees... this one was hurt there a number of years back, so even tho all was covered in workers compensation, he's still taking care of his people the extra mile.
