Did anywhere in the first post, did I at all, at any given time, state that I bought a certain scale? No! I asked for people's opinions on the one I was interested in buying. Then, thanks to the first responder, pointed me to the user review at the very bottom that I hadn't noticed.

Since the review was not good, I began to search for more, and asked for another opinion on another one.

Then, after looking some more, decided to hit up ebay, where I found the one I bought, after reviewing the professional looking listing for it.

I don't see how the post in any given way, was a waste of anyone's time. Like I have said tons of times, when you see the title of a thread, it clearly says who has started it. If you don't care for what I have to say, skip over my thread. Simple as that.

If I already knew what I was going to do, instead of asking opinions from others, I would have done a completely different thread, talking about the scale I had just bought. When I made the thread, I did NOT buy it yet.

Idaho, my apologies for making some what of a duplicate thread about this. I honestly forgot about it.

You are right, I had intended to buy one at the time of that posting, but some unforeseen circumstances put it on a back burner until now.

Just got the notice that my new scale is on its way to me. Will update everyone as to its functionality, durability, accuracy, etc once received and I test it out.

George the only thing i can say about a scale is dont cheap out on one. You get what you pay for.

From personal experience i would get this one.

CAS PB-Series Portable Platform and Bench Legal for Trade Scales

It is light weight for easy travel, you don't need to keep it plugged in, it is Trade Legal, very accurate, and you can attach an optional printer to it.

Simply put invest in a good scale.

Well as my luck would have it, things slowed down quite a bit after I bought it, but it is always slow at the beginning of the year. When I tested it out though, it was pretty adequate. You definitely need to have it on the flattest service possible. Other wise you will not always get the same reading output.

Aside from that, like I said, I have just been busy. Got a couple new local buyers for stuff that I will be coming across doing pickups, as well as a few new clients that look to be good repeat customers.

I can see where you get that. I just meant things have slowed down as far as resale goes. I still do junk removal and scrap metal removal. Most of what I sell is electronics related, with the occasional goodie or 2 from junk pickups.

I did get a couple new local buyers, but so far, have only done business with one of them.
