Well there are two outlets for certain. Good Tires- I'll pay the $3 bucks to have them popped off and re-sold. CL I can sell a pair of Good Tread tires for $40-$50 bucks easy
I think the OP's thoughts are about crap tires on rims.. I may be incorrect.. but I'm basing my advice off of the thought of a belt-showing, dry rotted, or shredded tire on a steel rim.
