    Sounds like a double barrel problem with the first one being a Partnership to an extent, and personally I just have the patients for it so if I can't fix it, rarely will I reach out to someone.



    Second problem with fixing stuff...and since we are both have been in construction I think you can relate to the problem of opening something up to remodel and have a tough time knowing where to stop. Sometimes I won't even start something if my gut is telling me I will get in to deep money wise or time wise (same thing really).
