    It gets crazier when scrap scavengers descend on trashed household items that have been contaminated in a flood/sewer backup scenario - - I went through one of those floods and could not believe what persons would risk for a few bucks . . . I am also a professional organizer and when we work with extreme hoarding situations where contaminated items are in play, we wear protective biohazard gear, and/or bring in a restoration company.
