    Whoa!!!! Not cool!! I'd have gotten a plate # and called it in if I had been out to see that happen.

    I've seen garbage that looks like animals have gone through it but one animal doesn't dump and tear up a whole street. I'm talking garbage bags taken out of the cans and ripped open. who does that?? Cans dumped over and garbage spilled out. It makes me sick to see and I wonder if thats why folks just aren't putting their garbage out until just before the truck picks it up. honestly, I don't blame them.

    It gets crazier when scrap scavengers descend on trashed household items that have been contaminated in a flood/sewer backup scenario - - I went through one of those floods and could not believe what persons would risk for a few bucks . . . I am also a professional organizer and when we work with extreme hoarding situations where contaminated items are in play, we wear protective biohazard gear, and/or bring in a restoration company.
