    NEVER EVER EVER use the machines to redeem....you are getting taken to the CLEANER. I buy and sell phones as part of my business (I have over 8 years exp in the cellular industry).



    You need to know if it is just the glass or if it is the LCD as well...this will affect pricing. You also need to know what carrier if possible...call them and give them the serial number or IMEI and check to see if it is on the blocked/stolen list....if it is then you need to disclose. Actually you really need to plug it into itunes if possible and make sure it is not icloud locked (that will make it useless as well except for parts). If you can unlock it, that will get you the most money. Either way, it still can be sold as parts for far more than scrap value.
