That's the kind of stuff I also did as a result of quitting and failing several times. You learn from failure perhaps more than from success.

Thank you for sharing some of the things that worked for you. One thing I did before quiting I would not empty my ashtray. For about a week before I quit I would put my nose right up close to that ashtray and smell it. Of course it was revolting but it got me in the mind set 73, Mike
