Definitely the tobacco, now that my lungs are on the mend, I'm finding that the nicotine is not a physical dependency but a physiological one and I suppose this is what makes hypnotism as a good aid to those who wish to quit the habit so successful.
I usually drink two to three pots of coffee from the time a wake up in the morning, giving it up has not been a hardship. Caffeine withdrawal you get a slight headache and thats it, no reoccurring problems.
