    In 2001, I had a salesman at a BMW dealership turn his back on me one day as I was waiting for him to recognize my presence.
    (That has happened to me a lot, as I never dress up to buy a vehicle)
    I went to another dealer and bought a brand new Avalon XLS that day.
    I still drive it every day.
    As you folks know, never judge a book by it's cover.
