It's bad enough that the scrappers steal things but how about the scrap yard that steals stuff. one scrap yard that know of got caught stealing car batteries by the tractor trailer load. The owner and the ceo got 5 years in the fed. pen. Shortly after that the state of Florida passed a law that you have more than 2 batteries to sell you have to show proof of ownership.
