    The 14 Day Money Back is one of the requirements that Ebay has to be a Preferred and or Power Seller and since it is a decent discount on fee's it's worth it to me. Hundreds of transactions so far on a wide range of products with no disputes...knock on wood. As they say...It's not a matter of if but when.
