Ebay limits sellers and is kicking sellers off site

My PO usually does a good job, very quick shipping. However, I have had a couple of things, I had a smaller item I ship in a standard envelope that supposedly did not arrive. No tracking # so I gave the buyer the benefit of the doubt and shipped another. Nuther time I got back a box with a metal switchbox I had sold, It must have gotten caught in a conveyer belt cause when I got it, box and switch was smashed flatter than a fritter. Refunded that one.
Last one was a buyer that filed a claim without contacting me even once. Not as advertised, but I had to message the dufas 3 times to tell them to ship it back before I refund. That's right in the listing. I reported that buyer for not communicating with me before filing the claim. Ebay probably did not do anything but it made me feel better.
