Nortel Phone Systems

Just thought I would share a little tidbit I found the other day...If you run across any Nortel phone system components for a business phone system, do not scrap them out. They are worth way more than scrap.

I came across several pieces and showed them to my IT/phone buddy. He immediately called one of his Nortel friends that installs them. The friend came over to where we work, took one look, and offered me $400.00 on the spot. The Buyer told me that even the old Nortel gear can be plugged into the new systems and will work well. I was gonna scrap it out and get $4.00 per lb. for the telcom boards.

Needless to say, my IT/phone guy got a free lunch!!!
