Part Time Scrapper is correct, it is a gold finger riser. Although you do not put it in with the ribbon cable or cable connectors, you put it in this bucket:

$44.00 Gold Fingers (Pricing is for quality cut trim. Little to no Green, otherwise deduction)

I didnt say put it in with the ribbon cable. I said "Think of it as a ribbon cable without the ribbon." Just to describe its function not value.
