I could see that in states that don't have a redemption value, however, cans could drop to below a pennys worth and the state will still be required to give five cents each for cans. Although this makes perfect sense as the cost of canned soda's gone up by alot(even Sams Cola is up more then what it use to be). Bottled soda is slowly going up depending on where you get it from - Dollar General still has Voltage for a buck but Wal-Mart has it for $1.50. Sorry to steer the thread to talking about soda lol.
