Back to your supplier, you being a end user affords you the freedom of paying higher prices for the material so getting material should not be that hard.I would not waste my time going to sims recycling they are to big and would give you the run around and not sell you anything. I would get in contact with some bath room or screen enclosure manufactures that generate lots of 6063, you offer them more than scrap value and I am sure if you have the cash you will get the material, if you think you are going to buy the material cheaper than market price I do not think that will happen.Good Luck.
