Ok let's jump in here, first off you are in new jersy so what port are you near port Newark I am guessing, first thing you should do is hire a freight forwarder, most if not all are custom brokers you will need both to process your paper work for customers and exporting. You can ship material in a private name as the shipper, the load has to have a consigher wich is the person or company that the container is going to be shiped to. Most paper work today is filed electronicky today being a new shipper customs will proubley give special attention to your load. Back to your supplier, you being a end user affords you the freedom of paying higher prices for the material so getting material should not be that hard.I would not waste my time going to sims recycling they are to big and would give you the run around and not sell you anything. I would get in contact with some bath room or screen enclosure manufactures that generate lots of 6063, you offer them more than scrap value and I am sure if you have the cash you will get the material, if you think you are going to buy the material cheaper than market price I do not think that will happen.Good Luck.
