Is it just me or is anyone else developing a muscle-man physique from scrapping. At this time of the year scrapping is at its peak and hitting the gym is not a big priority. However, I have noticed I don't need barbells when there are microwaves, tvs, fridges, stoves, etc. By the way, it's probably a good idea to use proper lifting technique to save the wear and tear on your back. I primarily sleep on a hard surface to stabilize and align back muscles. What other health tips can you point to from scrapping?
