    I be trully honest.. I don't think 110 will be able to push thru that loops.. if it able to probably won't be as clean making a 220 is really simple... takes two breakers, 30amps will do... and one a pair of 10gage to a 220 outlet and wire it according... its not that expensive... and You will actaully save money... in electric.. ;-) figure that one out.
