I take back my prior post. GRF does not have such a system. Mr. E was kind to set me straight...right in front of the class. Tough love sucks when it's directed back at you. Ha ha! ( I tease E.)

Like Etack said tho...they do have a very good ban hammer, an the staff wields it with great skill.
