I just got home from work, later tonight I'll see if I can give a data sheet reference with part numbers. Do you see any markings on those capacitors. If they are what I think they are, the makings should be on the top of the capacitor. In your picture, I see no markings, maybe it's just the picture. KEMET manufacturer's logo is a capitol "K" with a line above and below the K. They have a pretty good silk screen process, making there cap's fairly easy to ID. Try putting a small magnet on the cap, there should be a strong magnetic pull!
The picture in my post is from scrappyme's pictures above...i just downloaded and blew it up after reading Tantalum Recycler's response saying there were no Ta Caps on the boards he posted.

Like you, I'm familiar with a TA Cap made by Kemet that strongly favors the cap shown.

Yes it turns out that they are Tantalum Capacitors, But I suggest not to go after them as this type of capacitor was produced a very long time ago and there are other capacitors that look the same and would allow a person to get mixed up with this particular type.

Thank you for the comment, The issue we have is that we need to sort out all capacitors that enter our facility by visual confirmation. As this type of capacitor can be easily mistaken as Tantalum or not Tantalum we have come to the conclusion that it is better to not take them, then to be put into an uncomfortable situation that we are paying for excess capacitors that are Tantalum when they are truly not.

Gus, One of the give-aways is look at the + end of those in the pic and look for the different lead welded on.
    We have talked about this.

In the future please send us pictures directly for confirmation. I am not sure why you have shipped us MLCC capacitors without confirmation as well.

Are those orange ones pictured in your price list MLCC? That could cause some confusion, my apologies if they are not. Also your price listing says you buy "all types of Tantalum Capacitors Scrap" so that could also be confusing. Just trying to help, thanks

MLCC Capacitors are not Tantalum Capacitors.

Orange capacitors are called Tantalum CCC Capacitors - Not MLCC.
