Far as the other stuff....don't pay then.You can still access all of the forum but one section which is the scrap room. If your trying to be a buyer/seller I can understand. Otherwise...enjoy the free content. I can't help you with support tickets, nor can the mods if I recall. Has to be the admins.
Guess I got bigger things in life to get upset over. You've had your membership for a month. Do a chargeback if your that unhappy with your services or contact your card/bank for further suggestions/options.

While I agree about the lack of contact an support....long as the forum is up and running an I can access the archives, and still post/read...I'm good. I owe them that much for the money they've put in my pocket . I know craziness! YMMV of course.
