I can understand the reluctance to upgrade. The GUI from win 8 on up is all cluttered up with apps & features that i have no use for. The challenge has been to navigate a way around all the obstacles to get at the thing i do want to use. IDK .... maybe it's set up for the way that the average person uses their device ? Maybe they optimized it to work best on the smaller devices like the tablets ?

Just did my second upgrade from an ISO that was downloaded yesterday. That went along very smoothly. Didn't take long at all.

Discovered a nice feature of Win 10. They put the start button back in. Right click on that and it will take a tech directly to many of the features that he/she might use on a regular basis. Perhaps even easier to navigate than any previous versions of Windows ?
