    I don't think it is a quality of life issue. I just don't like gov restrictions dictating my actions. Don't play poker online go to casino, bet dogs, horses, etc. Get health insurance or suffer the tax. Oh ya let's give 1.8M to study the native tree frog in upper skabobia.
