The reason online poker is illegal is because the legit poker places in Los Vegas and Atlantic city doesn't like the competition to their brick and mortar billion dollar casinos. People always ***** about the government and their laws, but everybody *****es about different ones. The banks didn't like laws keeping them from destroying the worlds markets, EXON doesn't like not being able to cheaply poison your water, the rich don't want to pay you a minimum wage, food industries don't want to have inspectors telling them what food is good to sell or not, etc.
just like anything the product will not sell if it is poor , hot dog cart with stale rolls will go under or if it dirty it will go under , as far as the government writing the code and I will assume you mean law just research how many stupid laws and regulations we have . Government uncontrolled is far worse than anything else I can think of , EPA yes it is needed to set minimal laws but not to shut down businesses and farms because a cockroach that is rare, I am not suggesting Somalia but less, If the job doesn't pay then move to another job . I mentioned food already but here is an example of over reach When that idiot in New York City wanted to ban large sodas !! or salt not allowed on the table .
