One more attempt on my part to try to understand what are you asking? "I walk no thin line why do you ?" Are you asking if I venture out into other types of scrap or is it a reference to "borderline illegal"?
"Do you capitalize or do your clients look out for you ?" Are you asking if I pay for the scrap I get? How does "capitalize preclude "look out for" in the question you asked.
