I am definitely seeing the advantage to being a snowbird though. If money permitted I wouldn't be back here until April. Neuropathy in the feet has turned me into a real cold weather wimp.
i moved out of Michigan to Florida 7 years ago. i doubt i could handle 16 degrees anymore. i use to laugh at the people down here turning the heat on when it's 68 degrees outside but truth be told, now i find myself reaching for my coat when it gets below 70.
