Working in extreme cold is dangerous also. It can be done with proper cautions and safeguards, just make sure you're well prepared.
Be safe yall, and happy scrappin!
All that is true Bear & some good advice.
When working in extreme conditions a little bit of common sense goes a long way.
At the moment I schedule all my pick ups for the morning so I am finished picking up by 11-11:30 am.
Then it is home into the air conditioned shed for sorting and break down and a few cold beers to keep me hydrated.
I also get a lot of thing that can be repaired(washing machines, lawn mower, ect.) and sold for much more than scrap price,so that fills in my arvo.
But i do agree stay safe all.

I hope you know that beer does NOT hydrate you, it actually causes dehydration (water loss). Same goes for soda.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.
