You have to see it from another point of view (not saying what she did is not an eye opener for some people but..) she did not have to put food on the table..did not have rent or monthly house payment, water, power, car/fuel (maybe if her mother and father charged her) so the money she was making she was able to save it all up. Being able to do that put her in a much better spot to "jump" on something when the time was right. As the video says and as she says her self the housing market crashed...she was SMART and jumped onto it for a few grand 6k from what I remember and took the house and then turned around and rented it out.
So taking all that into account...she had it pretty easy over us as we have many bills we HAVE to cover. But I will give her huge props for working hard and not spending the money like crazy on clothes, shoes, make-up and parting like other people that I know.
