    The problem as I see it is work ethic- everyone wants to go to college and work in an office. There aren't enough people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get enough "real" work done.

    Most jobs today seem to involve pushing paper and nothing else.

    Sad, if you ask me...
    And why will we be short on both ? Govt regulations choking the life out of the little guys. And padding the big guys pockets at the same time.
