In ewasted's case, I'm pretty sure that he has to document EVERYTHING that comes in or goes out.

I would say that's likely. I know they're watching me to see if I'll slip. Even though I don't sell to Exide anymore and don't get near the quantities I used to, I'm still "Mick's Metal and Battery Recycling" as far as the State DEP and federal EPA are concerned.
