Can we buy scrap from China?

most of the stuff made in china is made with our metal etc. I saw a great documentary called DETROPIA , its very powerful . its a must see. theres also a part of it on youtube called "dismantling Detroit" . I don't condone the activity . One of the lines from it is "this metal goes all over , it goes where ever" . China. " whys it going to china "?

This is showing our country is in serious trouble. We have 10-15 years (maybe less) id say unless we don't do something.

He who controls the manufacturing will win the war. The government can talk about all the manufacturing we do here, but it also says our economy is improving.

I'm about to watch this documentary after I'm done reading "Garbology". Talks of the same idea - American Trash (incl. metals) go to China and returns as everyday goods Americans need to consume.
