    I'm not sure but I think you asked me this same question if not someone else had.

    Long story short leave the motherboard as it is. Just remove the cpu, memory and the large heatsink. Some buyers request that the battery and the small heatsink on the north bridge is removed and others do not care about that so you will need to find out what buyer you want to use and how they want the scrap.
