    Ah yes, Dell....They can be a pain...Dell is known for their hidden screws and also having the slide connectors on the boards as well. Miked has the right idea there too...From time to time the screws holding down the frame for the heat sink will anchor the motherboard. The one that I usually miss is right by the RAM slots...I push down the tabs to remove the RAM and end up covering up one of the screws.
