    Can you take a photo of what you are looking at?



    I have taken apart severl dell's but perhaps not that one. One thing to look at there are sometimes screws around the cpu chip. The screws holds the frame that hold the Al heat sink. This may be holding the motherboard in. Let us know if any of this stuff helps, Mike.
