Condition matters to someone who wants to buy it for refurb geo. If your just looking for a parts machine I bet condition wouldnt matter. I look at it this way. Most of the people buyiong parts machines on ebay are just looking for a good screen. Any other parts are a bonus. When a new screen cost $50 why not by a parts machine for $20 or $30. IF your breaking laptops to get hard drives out your doing it wrong. 99% of all laptops hard drives are behind a cover that usualy comes off with 1 or 2 screws.

I didnt think it would matter, but once again, better to be safe then sorry, especially since I am still limited to the number of items that I can sell.

Yes, I am not proud to admit it, but when I first started with laptops, I couldn't figure out an easy way to get to the hard drive. So after the 3rd one, I googled how to remove the hard drive, and that is when I learned about the screw. Needless to see, I feel like a complete idiot right then. Now, it is easy as anything, and they get to stay in take.

All the ones I have now, minus 3 of them, are newer laptops. I couldn't tell you anything about them, because unlike all of you guys, I couldn't tell you specs on any given computer, unless I could see the properties from the computer menu.

Anyways, I will get them all out tomorrow and check on ebay. Might have a few diamonds in the rough!
