Okay, a few questions here since everyone is talking about desktops and laptops and selling them broke on ebay.

1. Regarding the face plates, is this for any brand and model, or just dells? I ask, because I have several laying around, and just keep forgetting to load them into my truck for the scrap yard/landfill

2. Regarding the laptops, I always take out the hard drives, but everything else has been kept in. In order to sell them on ebay, does the hard drives need to be put back on? Also, before I realized the easier way of taking out the hard drives, I accidently broke a few of the keyboard cases trying to get to them. Basically, does the laptop need to be in great condition (minus working) to get sold, or does it matter?
