turn and burn. i would strip off the boards enough to fill a gaylord or two and ship them out. at the same time take the steel in to the local yard. you might lose by sending in a "small" load, but it will free up room in your place to work around and organize yourself. I find i'm less productive when i have a full work area because i cant concentrate on just 1 thing. good luck to you!
