I'm considering buying a lot of laptop hard drives. Do these carry the same value as a desktop hard drive (ie. buyers pay the same rate). I really have no way to test them and I'm pretty sure most are bad. I would be buying them strictly as scrap. If I'm around .15 cents a pound would I be good or should I stay away.
