You are right there! Glad you did the research! I would let the manager know that they are wrong!!! But put it nicely Lol, and if they don't work with you then report them electronic companies should be reasonable for disposal or reuse, and I mean all of them not just Dell!

I don't even like Dells, but I am proud of them for stepping up and taking the initiative for recycling electronics, I wish HP would do the same thing I mean they make a lot of money off consumers, and I get more and more of their printers all the time
