    Al may be the same price at that yard. It may also be that in small quantities they may just toss it in one pile and give one price. If you had 100lbs of extruded and 100 lbs of cans then you may have gotten better pricing for each.

    The yard I go to its all one price for Al and I've showed up with hundreds of pounds at a time. Other places it paid to separate it.
