I figure that truck weighed 3-4000# from the factory. Now they've torn into it. No front end, no rear end. Let's be generous here and call it 3000#. That's $22.50 worth of shred in my area.
So if starting your truck, driving there, loading up "for an hour", driving to the yard, unloading, driving home, and spending $20 in fuel is worth $2.50 of " free money" to you....you're a better man than me.
