    2nd...the pipe cover things..no idea! I'd call it a pipe cover thing.
    lol, sounds like one of my answers but I'd say they are die cast/white metal/pot metal. Usually goes for .15 cents a lb by me

    Scrapper, Scrap Yard Worker, Horse farm worker, Cooler Puller and just plain ''tired''
