    If more people would talk with their wallets, yards that do this, an other businesses with ****ty customer service, would learn their lesson an you'd see it stop. It won't happen though.

    Me? Treat me wrong, an I won't shop there again, nor will I recommend it. Goodwill by me has found this out. I send everyone an their brother to any other thrift store.

    I've said it before...please a customer, an chances are they won't say a thing. Piss one off an you can take it to the bank, everyone they know will hear about it.

    Sirscrapalot - Providing customer service is an art that is hardly mastered by companies.
