    Wow, that's exactly how to lose a good customer who's been loyal for over 10 years. If the proprietor is speaking to you this way, he's probably doing something similar with other customers -- and losing them too.

    Maybe that's why he never brings his prices back up. He sounds like a man who might be having some financial problems.

    Sorry that happened to you. Don't take it to heart. You can always vote with your feet, as they say.
