Everyday theirs someone posting a topic about how they're making so much money off this, or so much money off that. This guy wanted to contribute and tell everyone about his first pretty good find. Sorry I stand by my first post. Refering to an eviction or foreclosure items as "christmas morning" may have been a poor choice of words. However..he followed it up with "wish more people would get evicted" Perhaps a dark sense of humour, or perhaps he is a predatory opprotunist. People have to eat...yes...but let's not feed the homeless to the hungry.
